Aluminium Ship Builder
Our shipyard factory has a dedicated coastline of 600 meters and covers an area of 100,000 square meters. The total built-up area is 42,800 square meters, with a production site spanning 55,000 square meters. This allows us to engage in various production and transportation activities, including pre-processing and fabrication of ship panels, production and transportation of ship sections, lifting and joining of ship sections, manufacturing and installation of ship fittings, installation and commissioning of ship electrical systems, carpentry and cabin installation, as well as ship painting.
Construction Cycle Fast
With our facilities, we are capable of simultaneously producing 10 units of 20-meter aluminum alloy boats. The construction cycle for a boat body is relatively fast, typically taking around 4 months to complete.
Our production facilities include:
- One 1,100-ton vertical lifting platform
- One slipway for ships up to ten thousand tons (total length: 146 meters, width: 25 meters, dock gate height: 3.2 meters)
- Three outfitting piers
- One small boat floating dock
- Four outdoor shipyards for ships up to a thousand tons
- Two workshops for section fabrication
- One production facility for small boats
- Two carpentry workshops and lofting workshops
- Five warehouses of various sizes.
Our shipbuilding capabilities
The factory is equipped with three outfitting piers, which include a 75-meter outfitting pier on both sides of the ship lifting platform and a 165-meter outfitting pier on the western side. The piers have an average water depth of -7 meters, allowing for the docking of ships up to ten thousand tons.
